Covenant Contractors, Inc. is owned and operated by Phillip Phelps, a general contractor specializing in residential remodeling and construction. Special interest is taken in total kitchen upgrades, whole house remodels, new construction and creating living spaces that bring great enjoyment.
Before incorporating in 1997 , Phil operated as an independent contractor doing various construction projects throughout the Abilene area.
Phil is president of Covenant Contractors,Inc. He has been in the residential construction field since the middle 70's and has always been very interested in building and design. Attention to detail and proper construction management has always been a hallmark since being trained in his early days under older fine craftsmen. It's an honor when customers hire our company to undertake their project. They can be assured that their project will take center stage during the duration of the work.
